With over 30 years combined real estate experience Ray & Samantha offer exceptional guidance for their real estate clients. Both Ray and Samantha have maintained full time status as Realtors throughout their entire careers which has helped them stay on the forefront of the ever changing dynamic world of Real Estate.
During the last 27 years Ray has worked as a Managing Broker in some of the areas largest and successful real estate firms. He has overseen thousands of transactions and managed hundreds of agents. In addition to managing, he has worked independently as a successful realtor and has listed and sold some of the area's most unique homes. He stepped down as the Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker in 2006 to devote his career entirely to selling.
Samantha began her real estate career in 1996 at the beginning of Loudoun County's unprecedented growth cycle. For several years she headed one of the top real estate teams in Eastern Loudoun that focused on relocating families from across the country for companies such as America On Line, UUNET, Verizon and the Washington Redskins. During that time she achieved Re/Max’s highest award status and helped launch the luxury home market in Loudoun County.
Ray and Samantha have achieved expert status in both contract interpretation and negotiation. They continuously hone their skills with continuing education and have embraced the immense changes that modern technology, especially the INTERNET, has brought to their field.
Both Samantha & Ray are active members of their community. Ray has chaired the Legislative Affairs Committee which focuses on issues that affect local home owners. He is also a member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtor’s Professional Standards Board that hears ethics cases involving local real estate agents. Samantha participates in Habitat for Humanity, the local food banks and the Salvation Army. She also is involved with local animal charities such as Casey’s Home for Cats in Bluemont and is a supporter of the Gingersnap Horse Rescue in Purcellville. In 2010 Ray and Samantha worked independently on a small donation drive for kids with Leukemia and also supported the first Komen Ride for the Cure in Middleburg, Va.
They live on their farm in Bluemont with their animals. Their hobbies include horses and goats, old cars and airplanes.
